Refund Policy

We believe that you will love our product. If you have any problems or can not use/open it, we can offer you a refund. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

  • You are within the first 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
  • You MUST contact us for any problems.
  • You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the product will not work for you.
  • You agree to remove the product completely from your computer if a refund is granted.
Because the products we offer are digital, we typically only issue refunds if there is a technical problem with the product.

We’re unfortunately unable to process refunds for the following situations:

  • We cannot grant refunds after the first 7 days of the original purchase
  • You (or your client) no longer need the purchased product.
  • You found another product you like better or you’ve changed your mind.
  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.
  • You don’t have the correct software to open and edit the product.
  • You have purchased this product for use on Google Slides or Apple Keynote.
  • You have purchased this product for use on Office.com (PowerPoint Online)
  • You bought the item on accident.
  • You got charged for a Free Good that is expired or past its promotional date.
  • You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download, or similar issues related to your internet service.
  • We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments.
  • A product purchase that was made over 7 days ago.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing product(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded. All refund payments are done through PayPal and Stripe, you need to contact us prior to requesting the refund for the payment.

We encourage you to contact us if there is any problem when using our product. Don’t worry, we don’t eat people. 🙂
