1. Lifetime Access, Support & Service Termination
WarnaSlides PRO tiers are sold as a “Lifetime Access” product. In this context, “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product (WarnaSlides), not the lifetime of the purchaser.
By paying a one-time fee, you receive ongoing access to the templates, future updates, and customer support for as long as Warna Slides is actively developed and operated by Warna Works Resources.
We sell our products “as is” with no implied guarantee that they will function exactly as you imagine, or that they will be compatible with all future third-party PowerPoint plugins.
Service Termination Clause:
Warna Works Resources reserves the right to cease development, suspend operations, or terminate the service of Warna Slides due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., changes in ownership, major shifts in Microsoft PowerPoint technology, or business closure). Should product development cease:
You will be given advanced notice to download and keep all existing files locally.
Your previously downloaded templates will remain fully functional for your use under your purchased license.
WarnaWorks Resources will no longer be responsible for providing future updates, hosting the files online, or offering customer support.
2. Free Updates
As a lifetime license holder, you are entitled to all future updates, new slide additions, and improvements added to the specific tier you purchased (e.g., Commercial PRO or Enterprise PRO) at no additional cost.
3. No Subscriptions & Legacy Customers
For new purchases, we do not use a subscription model. All current PRO licenses are one-time payments. You will never be automatically charged on a monthly or yearly basis, and your access does not expire while the product is active.
For Legacy Customers (Purchases made prior to March 2026):
If you are an existing customer on our older monthly or yearly subscription model, your current subscription terms, billing cycle, and access will be grandfathered and remain active as long as you do not cancel.
The old Terms and Conditions strictly apply to your recurring billing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
If you wish to stop paying recurring fees, you have the option to upgrade to a Lifetime plan at the current standard rates.
4. License Usage & Transferability
WarnaSlides grants each customer a non-transferable license to use the product based on their chosen tier (Commercial PRO, Enterprise PRO, etc.).
For multi-seat licenses (e.g., Enterprise PRO), the license is strictly for internal team use.
You may not on-sell, sublicense, or distribute your original license, account access, or the raw .pptx files to third parties (such as clients) for commercial benefit.
Support is only provided to the original registered license-holder. Any fraudulent use of access will result in account termination.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.
6. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content found on this site and throughout the WarnaSlides products—including template designs, images, documentation, and support material—is the intellectual property of Warna Works Resources (PG0391130-W) and may not be copied, scraped, or redistributed without explicit written consent.
7. Price Changes
WarnaWorks Resources reserves the right to modify, change, or upgrade pricing models and license tiers at any time without prior notice. However, once you purchase a Lifetime license, you are locked into the features of that tier and will not be asked to pay more for future updates within that tier.
8. Refund Policy (7-Day Money Back Guarantee)
We believe that you will love our product.
Because we offer digital goods that can be downloaded immediately, we typically only issue refunds if there is a technical problem with the product. Our refund policy lasts for 7 days from the original purchase date.
Eligibility for a refund:
You are within the first 7 days of the original purchase.
You MUST contact our support team first to attempt to resolve the technical issue.
We DO NOT process refunds for the following situations:
It has been more than 7 days since your purchase.
You found another product you like better, or you simply changed your mind.
You do not have the basic expertise to use Microsoft PowerPoint.
You do not have the correct software (e.g., you purchased this for Google Slides, Apple Keynote, or PowerPoint Online).
You bought the item by accident.
You are having internet connectivity issues preventing you from downloading large files.
Refunds are offered at our sole discretion. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates.
9. Account & Communication
By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service emails regarding your purchase, product updates, and support. We will never sell your email address to third parties.
10. Agreement Consent
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms without prior notice.
11. Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid by a court of law, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain fully binding and enforceable on the customer.
