WARNASLIDES LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you (the purchaser) and WarnaSlides. By purchasing and downloading our templates, you agree to be bound by these terms. We offer four distinct licenses based on your needs and team size.

  • Students, educators, and hobbyists.
  • Strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You cannot use this license for client work, business pitches, or any activity that generates direct revenue.
  • Solopreneurs, freelancers, and content creators.
  • You can use the templates for your own business or for freelance client work. If you create a deck for a client, you may deliver the final product as a non-editable file (PDF, Video). To hand over the editable .pptx file, your client must purchase their own Commercial PRO license.
  • Up to 5 Users (within the same organization).
  • Small design agencies, marketing teams, and startup teams.
  • All rights included in the Commercial PRO license, expanded to cover a team of up to 5 people. Team members can legally share the editable files among themselves for collaborative work.
  • Up to 30 Users (within the same organization).
  • Corporate teams, consultancies, and mid-sized companies.
  • All rights included in the Commercial PRO license, expanded to cover up to 30 employees. This includes a centralized group dashboard for admin management and seat assignments.

Simple Version

✅ YOU CAN:

  • Use the templates for personal or commercial projects.
  • Modify colors, fonts, layouts, and graphics to fit your brand or client’s brand.
  • Create end products for your clients (e.g., presenting a pitch deck, delivering a project report).
  • Sell digital products (like an eBook, webinar, or video course) where the slides are used as visual aids, provided they are exported as flattened files (PDF, MP4, JPEG).

❌ YOU CANNOT (STRICTLY PROHIBITED):

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original editable PowerPoint files (.pptx) with anyone outside your licensed team.
  • Extract the graphics, icons, or assets to sell them separately.
  • Use the slides to create a new presentation template, UI kit, or stock item to be sold on marketplaces (e.g., Envato, Creative Market, Etsy).
  • Share your account access or download links with others.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I give the editable .pptx file to my client?
No. You can present the slides to your client or send them a flattened PDF/Video. If your client needs to edit the PowerPoint file themselves, they are required to purchase their own license from WarnaSlides.

Can I use the templates to create a paid online course?
Yes! As long as the course is delivered in a video format (MP4) or flattened document (PDF). You cannot provide the editable .pptx files as a downloadable “bonus” or resource in your course.

Does my license expire?
No. All PRO licenses are lifetime access. Once you purchase a tier, you have forever access to the files and future updates associated with that tier, with no recurring monthly fees.

I have a team of 50 people. How do I get a license?
If your team exceeds the 30-seat limit of the Enterprise PRO plan, you will need to purchase multiple Enterprise PRO plans or contact us for a custom corporate arrangement.
