Warna Works Resources (PG0391130-W) sells and distributes Warna Slides and other premium assets “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and PowerPoint plugins.
Support for product sold and distributed by Warna Works Resources is only available for those who have an active, paid license.
Support and updates are provided for the purchased plan period beginning on the original purchase date. After the membership period expires, the purchaser must renew their membership in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active. The exception to this is the Forever PRO license which is a one-time charge of the published Forever PRO license price at the time of purchase. Forever PRO license do not need to be renewed and are considered “lifetime” and grant the license-holder to support and updates for the “lifetime” that the purchaser uses Warna Slides.
Support and updates for Warna Slides are provided as long as Warna Slides is actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, Warna Works Resources will no longer be responsible for providing support for Warna Slides:
- Warna Slides is no longer actively developed as a viable product under Warna Works Resources.
- Warna Slides or the parent company is purchased or bought out by another company.
- PowerPoint is no longer actively developed.
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our products, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
2. Free Updates
Free updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription. Free updates are available for Warna Slides and all other premium assets.
3. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
Warna Slides is sold as an automatic recurring subscriptions that renew monthly, yearly, 2 years or 3 years according to the plan purchased at the date of purchase. This applies to Warna PRO, Team PRO, Enterprise PRO, ‘Custom’ Enterprise PRO licensing levels.
This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the membership period unless the purchaser cancels their subscription before the automatic renewal date.
Please note the following details of Warna Slides license subscriptions (PRO):
- Subscription renewals will be processed automatically every 1 month, every 1 year, 2 years or 3 years depending on the plan purchased. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for the selected time period (1 month, 1 year, 2 years or 3 years) unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account on the Warna Slides website.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for Warna Slides when your license expires.
- The renewal price will be the full product price as published at the time of initial purchase, exclusive of any discounts.
- Grandfathered pricing (Price Lock): If you choose to cancel your subscription, and your renewal price is lower than the current listed price for your license (a “grandfathered” price), the lower renewal price will no longer be available to you.
- If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your license has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your license. We cannot apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.
- We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates and support for Warna Slides.
The exception to this subscription agreement is the Forever PRO plan license which is a one-time charge of the published Forever PRO license price at the time of purchase. Forever PRO plan license do not need to be renewed and are considered “lifetime”.
4. License Usage
Warna Slides grants each customer a non-transferable license to use the product for internal use, and as defined by the terms set in the customer’s chosen license package (Free Membership, Warna PRO, Team PRO, Enterprise PRO, ‘Custom’ Enterprise PRO and Forever PRO).
Where the license package allows the product to be used on multiple computers (Team PRO, Enterprise PRO) the customer/license-holder may not on-sell the originally-purchased license provided by Warna Slides, to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit. Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the product or ID. Warna Works Resources will only provide support services to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate ID, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent.
All products are property of Warna Works Resources (PG0391130-W). Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.
6. Website Content
All content found on this site and throughout the Warna Slides product including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is property of Warna Works Resources (PG0391130-W) and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
7. Price Changes
Warna Works Resources (PG0391130-W) reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a membership subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
8. Refund Policy
We believe that you will love our product. If you have any problems or can not use/open it, we can offer you a refund. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility conditions for a refund request:
- You are within the first 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
- You MUST contact us for any problems.
- You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the product will not work for you.
- You agree to remove the product completely from your computer if a refund is granted.
Because the products we offer are digital, we typically only issue refunds if there is a technical problem with the product.
We’re unfortunately unable to process refunds for the following situations:
- We cannot grant refunds after the first 7 days of the original purchase
- You (or your client) no longer need the purchased product.
- You found another product you like better or you’ve changed your mind.
- You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.
- You don’t have the correct software to open and edit the product.
- You have purchased this product for use on Google Slides or Apple Keynote.
- You have purchased this product for use on Office.com (PowerPoint Online)
- You bought the item on accident.
- You got charged for a Free Good that is expired or past its promotional date.
- You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download, or similar issues related to your internet service.
- We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments.
- A product purchase that was made over 7 days ago.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing product(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded. All refund payments are done through PayPal and Stripe, you need to contact us prior to requesting the refund for the payment.
We encourage you to contact us if there is any problem when using our product. Don’t worry, we don’t eat people. 🙂
Warna Works Resources may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to Warna Slides updates, promotions, Warna Slides Premium Assets and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.
10. License Agreement
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
